Daddy Daughter Dance Princess Menu at Plateau
Take the special Princess to dinner prior to the Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 9th from 4pm-6pm at Plateau. Daughters eat free! Their three course meal includes a Baby Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Mixed Berry Vinaigrette followed by your choice of Chicken Cordon Blue with Mashed Potatoes and Carrots, Chicken and Apple Sausage in Pastry with Mashed Potatoes and Carrots or Macaroni and Cheese with Cauliflower, Sundried Tomato and BBQ Pork. Wednesday Night Wine Club at Plateau
Wine enthusiasts and novices alike are invited to Plateau the first Wednesday of every month for a regional wine-tasting event. On Wednesday, February 6h from 5:30 to 7:30pm, Plateau will pour a specially priced flight of wines paired with select foods. Our special tasting features wines from Forgeron Cellars including 2011 Ambiance, 2011 Chardonnay, 2009 Merlot and 2009 Cabernet . Enjoy the tastings and food pairings for $15.00 or a four course wine dinner $40 per person. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 541-966-1610.

*****MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR A BIG ANNIVERSARY MONTH IN MARCH
Wildhorse Resort & Casino’s 18th Anniversary fireworks will light up the sky above the casino on Saturday, March 30th. The show will start at 8pm and is free to the public.
§ This year, Wildhorse has added a beer garden for those 21 years and older. The beer garden will be near the central parking lot with a prime view of the fireworks.
- $90,000 in cash will be given away!Prior to the firework show, inside the casino, will be the last day of drawings for $18,000 in cash! Every half hour from 10am-6pm, Wildhorse will give 18 lucky winners $1,000 in cash. There will be two winners at 6pm! Over the five Saturday’s in March, a total of $90,000 in cash will be given away. Entries can be earned starting Monday, February 25th. See Club Wild for details.
- Following the fireworks, guests 21 years and over are invited inside for a free concert in Wildfire Sports Bar featuring a casino favorite, R&B Group, “Gruvbox” at 9pm.
